Bloomflow's first customer success story, with Capgemini.

The brief
Bloomflow had just rebranded and wanted a new tone for the way it talked to customers: human, professional and actually inspiring. The plan was a series of customer success stories, short interview films showing how industry leaders were running their innovation programs on the platform.
Capgemini Ventures, and Darren Campbell, Startup Catalyst Director, was picked as the first one. There was no template yet, this film would set the visual and editorial tone for every success story that came after it.
My role
I ran the creative side of the project and worked with a freelance director to bring it to life.
- Built the pre-production deck from scratch: brief, creative vision, references, location specs, storyboard, shot list, cast and wardrobe, music and motion design briefs.
- Picked and briefed the freelance director based on reference work that matched the tone we were after.
- Directed on set at the Capgemini Paris office, interview setup, b-roll, and on-the-spot adjustments to keep the energy real.
- Ran the post-production sessions: editorial pacing, music selection, lower-thirds, motion design, and the closing brand moment.
Creative vision
Friendly, approachable, human. Bloomflow is a SaaS product, so the success stories are how the brand actually becomes tangible, through the people running real programs on it.
Professional, but not corporate. The film had to read as a serious partner to industry leaders without going cold. And it had to feel lively, innovation is a positive space, and the edit had to carry that.
The story we told
Through a conversation with Darren, the film covers why an ecosystem approach to innovation matters, what Applied Innovation and Capgemini Startup Catalyst are, and how Bloomflow became a tier-1 supplier helping the team structure and scale their startup partnerships.
The interview is held together by b-roll of Darren and the Capgemini team using the platform, shot to feel like a normal day at the office rather than a staged demo.
On set at the Capgemini Paris office.
Directing interviews with Darren and the Capgemini Ventures team, and dialing in framing and lighting with the freelance videographer between takes.

Impact
The film launched on Bloomflow's website and LinkedIn, and was picked up by Capgemini for their own channels. More importantly, it became the template, the visual language, pacing and structure used for every customer success story Bloomflow shot after it.
One-page PDF for prospects.
I also designed a PDF version of the story so the Sales team could send it to prospects directly. Same narrative as the film, translated into a self-contained, on-brand deck.
