How Generali runs innovation everywhere, for everyone.

The brief
A 2–3 minute interview film with three Generali innovation leads, shot across two locations, the Generali France office in Saint-Denis and HITS (the Innovation Garage) in Zurich. Same editorial format as the rest of the customer success story series, adapted to a much bigger, more decentralized group.
Delivered for Bloomflow's website and LinkedIn, then re-diffused by Generali on their own internal and external channels.
My role
I led the creative side end-to-end and worked with a freelance director to bring it to life across two countries.
- Built the pre-production deck for both shoots: brief, creative vision, references, location scouting, storyboard, shot list, interview questions per participant, cast and wardrobe, music and motion design briefs.
- Directed on set in both Saint-Denis and Zurich, three interviews, b-roll of the teams working on Bloomflow, and branded b-roll of each location.
- Ran post-production: editorial pacing, music, lower-thirds, motion design and the closing brand moment, keeping the series visually consistent.
The story we told
Generali's innovation motto is "innovation everywhere, for everyone." With a highly decentralized structure across 50+ countries, the challenge was silos, duplicated efforts and a lack of visibility on what was happening where.
The film builds that story through three voices: Didier Cadic (Head of Innovation, Generali France), Ruth Armalé (Head of Open Innovation at HITS) and Filippo Maria Stefania (Innovation Scouting Manager), showing how Bloomflow gave the group the governance and analytics to turn local innovation into group-wide impact.
more projects scalable across markets
faster innovation partnership delivery
more visibility on projects across the group
startups tracked on the platform
Impact
The film launched on Bloomflow's website and LinkedIn, was picked up by Generali for their own channels, and became one of the most-referenced enterprise stories in the series, used by Sales to open conversations with other large, decentralized groups.
