Taking the Bloomflow brand off the screen, and onto the show floor.

Bloomflow booth · VivaTech Paris
The brief
VivaTech is Europe's largest tech event, the kind of space where every booth fights for attention. Bloomflow needed a presence that felt unmistakably on-brand the second you turned the corner, warm, confident, and easy to spot from across the hall.
The challenge: take a brand that mostly lived in product and digital and turn it into a real three-dimensional space, architecture, signage, print and people.
My role
I ran the experiential side of the brand from start to finish, owning every touchpoint visitors saw, read or took home.
- Booth design direction, from the suspended brand halo and back walls to the central counter, colour flooring and product wall, working with the build partner on materials and finishes.
- Signage & wayfinding, the big "Enterprise Innovation Management" ring, the customer logo wall, and the conversation prompts placed around the booth.
- Printed collateral, postcards, one-pagers, business cards, conversation cards, and the props the team used to pull people in (badges, speech-bubble signs, "Innovator" hats).
- Team merch & wardrobe, branded t-shirts and lanyards so the team could be spotted from the other end of the venue.
- On-site direction, being there for setup, briefing the team on how to talk about the space, and coordinating photo and video capture for later.
The booth, designed before it was built.
Before anything went to production, the booth was mocked up in 3D to lock the layout, the wall content, the halo and the colour story. It became the reference the build partner, the print team and the on-site crew all worked from.

Pieces that lived in visitors' hands.
Beyond the booth build, a small kit of printed pieces carried the brand off the stand and into pockets, laptops, and follow-up conversations back at the office.
- 01Die-cut vinyl brand stickers for laptops and giveaways (three designs)
- 02A series of seven A5 double-sided success stories, one per flagship client, with a shared back
- 03Two-color bookmarks (green and pink) as booth take-aways
- 04QR-linked signage tying the booth back to the digital story
- 05Branded team merch: tote bags, tees, and lanyards in the sage palette

Seven printed stories, one shared spine.
To arm the sales team at VivaTech and beyond, I designed a series of seven A5 double-sided leave-behinds, one per flagship client. Each front tells that customer's story in their sector color; the back is a shared Bloomflow cover so the set reads as one system on the table.

Driving traffic to the booth.
Short teaser edits published on LinkedIn in the run-up to VivaTech. The goal was simple: get partners, prospects, and the wider ecosystem to swing by hall 1 and meet the team.
The brand, made physical.
The booth used the same green-and-teal palette as product and web, with a soft sage floor, a light-up brand halo overhead and a customer logo wall visible from the main aisle. Every surface was treated as another page of the brand book.

VivaTech Paris · London Tech Week
From one event to a repeatable system
The VivaTech booth became the template. The same modular kit, walls, ring, counter, logo wall and collateral, was rebuilt for London Tech Week with a smaller footprint, and it still felt like the same brand.
Once the rules were set (palette, typography, voice on signage, prop styling), the team could show up at any event and the brand was already there.
Impact
Bloomflow's booth was one of the more visible spaces on the floor at both VivaTech and London Tech Week. It brought in qualified conversations with enterprise innovation leads and generated the photo and video assets the brand used across channels for months after.
More importantly, it showed the brand system could hold up off the screen, in a loud physical space, without going cold.
